Mindy Reflections #3

Confirmation bias means that I hold onto my preexisting beliefs and filter my life through these very old ideas. It allows me to be right in what I think I know which makes me feel smart and powerful. They are usually negative beliefs created from old wounds. If I can let go of those old beliefs, or at least examine them I can allow in new information which might just turn my worldview upside down. If I have to have a bias let it be that I am blessed, that there is hope and the possibility of deep personal transformation for me and one day even the world.
