Mindy Reflections #1

As I watch the dust particles float around my home, I am reminded of the constant flow of energy around me. We are constantly changing and evolving even if I can’t always see it or appreciate it. Life like the dust is always in motion. All the lemon pledge in the world will not control the dust or stop the flow of the life force around me. Today I will try to celebrate the ever changing particle that I am.
